The dogs definitely make the game more interesting. 6 total dogs but only 3 versions. Basically add another twist to the game. Can be used for any version of zombicide.

Love these dogs for the game! 6 models 3 different types! You can use the dog instead of doing an action; send them out up to 3 spaces, attack (i.e. 3 dice at 4+ kill), some dogs can search, and they can add a Melee die to you attack if they simply follow you! They also take the first wound for a survivor and are lost.
They are a great companion to have and a big help.Game Play Quality Price Value - Nice expansion

The dog companions give additional melee dice to the player characters so some of the melee-focused characters can add as many as four dice per melee attack. Overall they are fun to mess with and a nice edge for the players.
