The Resistance (3rd Edition)

The Resistance is a social deduction game similar to Mafia / Werewolf, where the members of the resistance are trying to discover who the spies are.
The selling point of games like The Resistance is that they can be played with bigger groups. The Resistance allows 5 to 10 players in a game.

At the beginning of the game, each player is dealt a card that says if they are members of the resistance or spies. On each turn, the resistance goes on a mission by members elected by a leader (that changes each round) and the members of the mission secretly vote if the mission succeeds. Members of the resistance will always vote for the mission to succeed. Spies may sabotage the mission (or not, because they might not want to expose their allegiance). The resistance wins if most of the missions succeed, whereas the spies win if most missions fail.

The game also comes with extra plot cards that give players additional powers, like looking at another player's card or forcing somebody to vote openly. This allows for deeper strategy once the basic game has been mastered.
