Star Wars: Armada - Gladiator-Class Star Destroyer Expansion Pack

Product Review (submitted on October 6, 2015):
Until more expansions arrive, I would argue that the Gladiator is the best all around ship in the game. While it lacks some of the long range capabilities as the Vic-II or the Rebel's Neb B, the Gladiator can drop a whole lot of hurt at short and medium range (very much so at medium range with certain upgrades) and is more nimble than the Vic (certain upgrades, like Engine Techs, can be quite good when combined with titles). Hull is its downfall, as it cannot sustain prolonged rear attacks like the Vic; but, with a faster speed - it may not have to (and you will not be out nearly as many points when you lose one). The Gladiator also has exceptional anti-squadron capability with 2-Blue Dice (although, the Imperial Raider may change the value of this comment). This means that you could run Gladiators (and Vics) without having to run squadrons (or only just a couple). Glads also come with Admiral Screed, who is a much more attractive fleet admiral at 12 fewer points than Tarkin.

The model looks great and the components are exceptional.
