Coup: Reformation definitely spices up the base game with its new mechanics, and additions to the game. It addresses plenty such as de-powering the Duke by adding the "Treasury Reserve", and replacing the "Ambassador" role with the "Inquisitor" role. Granted, the Inquisitor is considered a little OP, but it serves its purpose quite well considering you'd be playing with large groups (6-10 players). This brings me to my next point, the team variant which allows for plenty of new strategy in the game as you can switch up your OWN team (for 1 coin) and SOMEONE ELSE'S (for 2 coins)!
New strategies, mechanics, and tweaks to the rules add for more fun to the game! If you don't own this, a must-have because I can assure you this; You're not going to want to play Coup without Reformation present!
