Played this at Origins. This is a well-balanced game, allowing many different types of actions to increase loyalty, food, fleet/military, production, and points. You can interact with others through military and use of cards that you build, and/or focus on your own systems. The paper/board material was a little flimsy, but the cards and cubes were the same quality as most.
