D&D Nolzur's Marvelous Unpainted Minis: W1 Gnolls

Never bought from this line before, so I though I'd start with something that I wouldn't care about TOO much, just in case I was disappointed.

Overall, VERY happy with the result. The sculpts are wonderfully detailed, especially considering the medium and price point. The inclusion of the pre-applied primer saves a great deal of time and energy, as long as you don't mind working with a grey primer base. The material feels like a resin, though I'm no expert, and is high quality and not prone to breakage (though it may bend some during shipping).

My only complaint is that these particular models come fully assembled. Not normally an issue, but the dual axe-wielder has some tight spaces that makes painting difficult. I very much hope that it's just a peculiarity of this model, and not indicative of the entire line.

Still, it wasn't too difficult to get these painted, and I'll definitely be picking up more of them.
