Keyforge is a great new card game and is a lot of fun. The starter set is mostly great but it comes with four total decks. Two premade static decks made solely for you to learn with. And two actual tournament legal decks.
Personally I completely skipped even opening the static decks (dont do this as important tokens are packaged with them.) And learned with the two actual decks included. I would have much preferred for actual decks since now the two starter decks are completely useless.
The other stuff:
The tokens included are great and really what you are buying this set for as there's currently no other way to obtain them. The rules.... let's call it a pamphlet... is really disappointing and lacks clear explanations of the rules and mechanics. There is a full rulebook available online in pdf form but I really feel like a physical copy of the full rulebook "a whopping 12 pages" really should have been included in the set. Especially for the MSRP of $40.
