It started like any other day, people going about their business hardly noticing their fellow citizens, or what's going on beneath their feet. Deep underground mad scientists are raising monsters from the planet Moongha. Once fully formed they will emerge to spread terror and destruction.Cities will be laid waste to, and the human race will be haunted to extinction.
Moongha Invaders is a fun-packed monster game for three to four players. Each player takes the role of a mad scientist, secretly working on a variety of monstrous creations. The scientist who can inflict the most damage and destruction on the planet will be declared the winner. You can stomp Tokyo with the giant robot Mechoor, or spread through the sewers of L.A., with the Bloob. However, humanity is not defenseless, all your plans could come to grief if a hero appears to save the day.
The game is brought to life with magnificent plastic playing pieces representing the various creatures, heroes, army units, and rubble.
This is the Kickstarter version of Moongha Invaders, which means it is a limited edition and contains a two-player game using some of the same components. This second game sees a team of heroes attempt to save the city from an attack of terrible monsters.

- What a game!
I just got this game, purely based that the game looked like a more grown-up version of the King of Tokyo or King of New York game.
The box is sturdy and big enough to fit all the components, but not overly large.
The instructions and other documentation comes in 3 languages! English, German and French. I know it's not much, but I'm totally going to give it to my kids so they can talk about it in German class at school!
There are TONS of miniatures with this game. Not the best quality in the world, but there are a ton of bad guys that will try to attack you! I plan on priming and painting the PC's first and then the baddies as I have time.... but the player pieces and bad guys are playable even without painting, as they're color coded.
The game board is large and thick, should last a very long time.
The cards appear to be of decent quality. Again, not the best I've ever seen, but also not paper thin and flimsy.
Gameplay - Challenging, but wasn't tooooooo hard to figure out, for anyone who plays tabletop board games.
Bottom line - above average on all sides. The only thing weird is the name of the game... The Mad Scientists aren't attacking the Earth, the Atomic Monsters are....
