Now, thirty years after the destruction, humanity picks itself up. The ofrces of four factiosn start fighting for influence in the ruined country. They slowly contact settlements scattered around. Join the fight for domination in this new world. Build your country, your own 51st State.

Every location can be contacted in three different ways. For instance, you see an old "Radio Station" on the horizon:
• Assault it and steal equipment, or
• Start collaborating and use it every turn, or
• Build railway tracks, annex it to your territory and it's yours forever.
