Whoever can reduce their screen time the most, wins! And so it begins. A friendly game of mindful scrolling while you still hang out together. When content looks like a time-sink - full of pop-ups, autoplay, and endless threads - either browse away from it, log-off that app, or attempt to share with a friend to get it off your screen. Keep your feed light, avoid the doomscroll, and try to hit your offline goal first.
Players collect content, aiming to keep the lowest screen time values while handing off high screen time cards to their friends. But watch out for those Livestreams, as they can either generate or dispose of a lot of screen time! Whoever empties their hand first wins the game So put away your phones, and get ready for a Digital Detox!
