This is the new compact version of the Spiel des Jahres of 2012 that might be smaller in size but actually offers more variety than the original game!
Instead of 8 game board sections there are only 4 now - usable on both sides for putting together the play area. The location tiles are not fixed to one game board section but can be put on any board, giving people more options during setup.
Simply place four boards on the table to create the gameboard and you are ready to start: Build your settlements in advantageous spots and thus claim highly coveted bonus actions! Make sure to fulfill the conditions that will grand gold at the end of the game.
Kingdom Builder offers simple rules, variable gameplay, and strategic depth!
