• Guilds & Envoys - Climb the ranks of powerful guilds using your new Envoys. Unlock Guildhall seats, assign Healthy People for influence, and shape your political legacy.
• Guild Cards - Gain explosive one-time powers through Guild Cards, earned by working with the guilds.
• Cluster Outbreaks - Clusters spawn in cities and rapidly spread the plague across regions. Act fast or risk losing control of the Empire.
• Contain & Eradicate - Send your Plague Doctor to research and destroy clusters. Spend research tokens to cleanse a location and earn endgame Renown for every eradicated cluster.
