A game with 2 winners . . . and 2 losers, for that matter!

Somewhere between the 17th and 18th centuries, you set out to seize control of an island and rise to glory by developing its cities, hiring captains, trading goods, and exporting resources overseas.

The Crown has sent emissaries, and now a pirate rebellion is brewing at the same time. Now, you must strive to become one of the two winners: the new Governor or the next Pirate King and certainly not one of the two losers!

Strategically place an un-place your workers, manage your resources, and craft the best strategy to fulfill your ambitions.

Balance your Victory Points carefully - anger the Crown or the People, and your path to victory may crumble.

  • Manage your resources
  • Workers placement and un-placement
  • Build / Hire / Export / Trade
  • Keep your interests balanced
  • . . . and be one of the TWO WINNERS

Ages: 14+
