• Face down the avatar of medicla gatekeeping and strangle it with its own chain.
The book gives you all the dynamic rules of Voidheart Symphony you need to start playing, custom-tuned for one-shot games; three optoins for dark mysteries lurking in the heart of the clinic; and full details on the Perfected Clinc, the shadow relam that feeds on the clinic's sickness.
