Iron Coffins is thef irst supplement for the acclaimed Achtung Panzer! game of armoured warfare.

While Achtung Panzer! focuses on the late war period from 1944 to 1945, Iron Coffins takes the game back to the opening shots of the Polish campaign in 1939, through the Blitzkrieg era, to the attrition of the Western Desert and the Russian Front.

There are six new nationalities, and details of tanks from the early war period. New traits are included to reflect the limitations of these early tanks, as well as special rules for the harsh environments of the North African desert and the jungles of Southeast Asia.

Historical missions, based on an actual encounters, provide for an immersive player experience, and as a bonus there are details of some of the tanks that appeared a little too late for World War II with ideas to use them in "what if?" encounters, and even to take the games into the Korean War.

As such, you'll get both a version of him on foot, and a tank commander 'half' figure for mounting in a suitable commander's hatch!
