This game is a really pleasant family game, with easy setup and reasonably quick playtime. There's just enough decision making to keep a gamer occupied without being intimidating, so light gamers can also enjoy it. Trying to optimize your points among the many places to score them is just crunchy enough, and there are a few places to incorporate a little tile-denial, so there is some player interaction. Though it's largely multiplayer solitaire. Would recommend to almost anyone.

Beautiful Art and game style

I had heard the hype and watched a video of gameplay. I thought it looked very dull. Pick a tile/token combo, place it and the highest score wins. Sounds kinda ... boring. Actually playing the game is the exact opposite! I'll be getting the expansion soon!

Easy to learn, fun for the whole family.

This is a great little tile drafting game. The rules are simple for non gamers, and includes a family variant for easier access. The game is a good puzzle for gamers, and is a nice relaxing play over coffee, even if you are playing solo.

It's a great game, very puzzly and thinky. You'll be deciding where to place your animal tokens while thinking about how you want your landscape to change as the game goes on. Getting those pine cone tokens will be a huge benefit as you'll have much more flexibility to get what you want for your landscape. The goal cards are great to keep you focused on how to win, so you'll never play the same game twice as the goal cards will change every time you play. Solo mode is very relaxing.

Reminds me of a more complex version of my childhood favorite game “Rivers, Roads & Rails”. Easy to teach and learn.
