Manufacturer: Army Painter

Made from very thin Black Pigment the DARK Tone has proved a hit with evil armies of miniatures and models which require a sharp contrast in Colors and shading. It is brilliant for grey, blue and all types of armour for instance. For that superior overall look of an army made for gaming table, you would be hard pressed to beat DARK Tone.

Protect your metal Miniatures

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Use outdoors, thin with spirits, and shake off excess. You will have a shiny and well shaded model.

Better off using the 18ml droppers

Average rating of 3 out of 5 stars

This stuff is too messy and not very forgiving to work with. You are better off brushing it on and not dipping. Takes over 24 hours to really dry. You should also use this outdoors or in a very well ventilated area, use it in doors and the whole house will smell. Dries very shinny so you'll need to use a dull coat after. It does leave a very strong protective finish. I recommend to use the Army Painter shades i the 18ml dropper bottles instead. You get the same colors and results without the mess. They are also far easier to work with. Also the shades in the dropper bottles will not leave the shiny finish.
