Great small-ish expansion

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Suburbia Inc is a relatively small expansion, giving you mostly more of what is already in the game - new buildings, new goals, and some new bonuses and challenges that ask as essentially mid-game goals. These are all very easy to incorporate into the base game. The biggest new gameplay change is the border tiles - large tiles you can buy (instead of a regular building) that attach to one or more of your buildings, and can radically change the shape of your town (and potentially expand or restrict it in interesting ways). However, you can easily play with all of these components, even the border tiles, in every game, including with first-timers. This eliminates the need to sort out expansion content, which is often an issue with board games when introducing to new players. Overall, I highly recommend this expansion and would play with it every time.

Solid expansion. The only issue is dilution of the effects of tile classes (airports, restaurants, schools) with the added tiles, but that's hard to avoid in any expansion of Suburbia.

Solid expansion

This is a great expansion to a really solid game. This adds the bonus and challenge tiles which are a nice bonus if you correctly guess what they are. This also adds some fun border tiles which add a funny element to the game and some nice bonuses. If you really like the base game this is a must have because it adds more of what you like.
