This is the Starter Set for the official Blade Runner RPG. A neon noir wonderland that will take your breath away, one way or another. An evocative world of conflicts and contrasts that dares to ask the hard questions and investigate the power of empathy, the poison of fear, and the burden of being human during inhumane times. An iconic and unforgiving playground of endless possibilities that picks you up, slaps you in the face, and tells you to wake up.

This boxed set contains everything you need to start playing:
• An 80-page condensed rulebook. The game mechanics are based on the acclaimed Year Zero Engine, but further developed and uniquely tailored for Blade Runner.
• The 56-page booklet Electric Dreams - the first full-length Case File for Blade Runners to crack.
• Four pre-generated characters to play.
• A huge full-color map of Los Angeles in 2037 in format 864mm x 558mm.
• 26 full-color evidence handouts for the players to pore over, including crime scene photos, data files, documents, maps, and more.
• A custom manila envelope for the players to keep their evidence safe in.
• A Time Tracker sheet.
• 70 high quality custom cards for NPCs, chase maneuvers sand obstacles, and initiative in combat.
• Eight engraved, transparent custom dice - two each of d6, d8, d10, and d12.

Excellent Product to See If You'd Like this RPG
This starter set is great for getting you up and running for the Blade Runner RPG. Having everything you need for your first adventure. I find this RPG and setting to be really excellently done from the presentation to the mechanics to give you a real, dangerous cyberpunk universe that will have your players concerned everytime they roll the dice whether or not they will succeed . . . and the challenge as a GM of turning their eventual failures into great narrative moments and helping to advance the plot of the adventure. Highly recommended. While the starter set does not include the full core rule set for the game - you will only need the full core set if you find that you enjoy this starter set. What is also great is that it comes with components that can be used in other adventures. If you haven't played a Free League-style RPG yet and think this game might be your jam, I think this is a great way to run an adventure, test drive the rules and see if it is for you. If it is, you can go full-on with the Core Rules, GM Screen, cards, more dice, and other boxed adventures.

Great One off
The starter set answered my primary question....how do you get started in this very specific version of the Cyberpunk genre. The product is quality through and through, the props/clues are numerous and I can see my players really getting into the investigation. Not sure how much 'legs' this setting for going past this starting adventure but I think it will be a great adventure even if it is just a one off.

Blader Runner RPG Starter Set Review
One of my favorite science fiction movies and computer games ever is Blade Runner. Neon noir is what you get in this lush box set. Chocked full of maps, clues, special dice (although you can use standard polyhedral dice), fake newspapers and magazines. I have not run this game yet with my group, but the presentation is easy on the eyes and the system seems fairly straight forward. Looking forward to new expansions in this RPG system.
