Submitting your Buy Back Cart, Approval & Processing Times
Once your Buy Back cart has been submitted, you will be automatically taken to a confirmation page to let you know it was successfully submitted. At this point please wait for our approval email before proceeding. Do not mail any items to us prior to receiving our approval email.
Yes, we accept Buy Back carts from international customers! Please select the "international" address option on the drop down list at the address entry step to enable checkout for your location.
Buy Back carts are generally approved within 24 hours of submitting. However, on weekends, please allow until Monday (excluding those which fall on a holiday). If you have not received our approval email by that time, please check your spam an junk folders to ensure it was not blocked.
Miniature Market reserves the right to adjust or refuse any Buy Back cart or any individual items a Buy Back cart contains at our sole discretion.
Minis buy back processing time is 5-6 business days on average. Please note these are estimates and it may take more or less time depending on the amount/size of other buy backs in the queue at the time yours arrives. Weekends are excluded from processing time estimates as our offices are only open Monday through Friday.
Minis without Stat Cards & Grading Policy
We cannot accept promotional versions of minis in place of the pack version. Please check the "Promo" and "Promo Pack" set listings when using the Search by Game method from the main Buy Back page to see all promotional items which we are currently buying.
For minis from sets with stat cards that arrive without their card we will offer 50% of the buyback value for the mini without the card. Minis that are from sets or games that did not have stat cards will not be reduced in value.
We don’t purchase minis which are broken, glued back together, customized (this includes stat cards), or with stat cards which are in poor condition. Any minis which arrive in these conditions will be rejected. Please see our Grading Policy for more details.
Any items received which are below the condition standards as described on our Grading Policy or are in a language we do not purchase will be rejected
Rejected items will be held for one month from the date of processing. Any rejected items which have not been requested to be sent back by that time will be discarded.
Rejected items may be returned at customer request. Any shipping costs associated with returning those items are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us via your Buy Back Dashboard 'message' tab or [email protected] to set up your items to be returned and for a quote on shipping costs to your location (shipping costs vary by location and weight of items being returned). Payments for return items can be made via credit card, PayPal, or store credit. Alternatively, if you place a retail order on our website we can send your items for return back along with your order shipment at no additional charge. Please add a note mentioning you have buy back items for return along with your Buy Back ID # at the final step of the checkout process. PLEASE NOTE: if your order has pre-order items on it, be sure notify us via your Buy Back Dashboard 'message' tab so we can ensure your items are held until your order releases in the event that happens past our one month return holding period.
Please note: We do not automatically send back rejected items. So please contact us if you would like your rejected items returned.

Use the Bulk item options to sell any items not individually listed on the Buy Back list.
When packing your Buy Back items, any bulk items being sold should be sorted/packed separately from individually listed items.
Shipping & Packaging Items
Shipping costs for all Buy Back cart submissions are the responsibility of the customer.
We always recommend using a trackable and/or insured method to ship your items. Miniature Market is not responsible for packages or items lost/damaged by postal services.
Any packages which arrive with postage due for insufficient postage or with customs fees applied will have that amount reduced from their final payment total.
Buy Back orders must be mailed within 10 days of approval. Buy prices on items in any packages which are postmarked past this cutoff are subject to adjustment to the current advertised Buy Back price, or may be rejected in cases of extreme delinquency.
From your Buy Back Dashboard page you can print out a pre-filled shipping label which you can cut and paste to your package. If for some reason you are unable to print it out, you can mail your buy back to the following address:

If you live near our retail store or will be passing by you can drop off your Buy Back items rather than ship them. The same is true if you will be at a convention or tournament that we will be vending at. In the event you wish to do this, please make note of this in the communication box. We ask that if you intend to use this option in lieu of shipping your items that you wait until 2 weeks or less before the date you will be dropping the items off to submit your Buy Back cart to our system. Please bring a printed copy of your Buy Back invoice or a label with your Buy Back ID# along with your items.
Packing Minis: Stat cards must be sorted in the order shown on your Buy Back invoice (use the printer friendly invoice link provided to print out a copy if needed). Figures must be sorted by set with each set in its own labeled bag.
Failure to follow the packing instructions above may result in delayed processing and/or a fee to cover additional time needed for processing. In instances of items arriving in extreme disorganization, rejection of the entire Buy Back cart may be imposed.
If you are sending multiple Buy Back carts in the same package please list each of the Buy Back ID #’s on the outside of the package to avoid confusion and delay in processing.
If you are sending your Buy Back submission in multiple packages please label your packages “1 of 3”, “2 of 3”, and so on so we know how many packages should be present to processing.
We offer a 30% trade-in bonus on balances paid via the store credit option. Your store credit will be paid in the form of an emailed gift certificate code. You can use this code during checkout by entering it in the "Discount Codes and Gift Certificates" box. If you receive an email notifying you that your Buy Back has been paid, but do not receive a separate gift certificate email, please check your Spam folder or your Promotions tab/folder to see if it was filtered to one of those areas.

Please allow up to 14 days for check payments to arrive from the date you received your payment confirmation email. If you have not received your check within that time frame please contact [email protected]
If you have selected multiple payment types for your Buy Back cart please be aware that they may not all be issued on the same date. Some payment types are sent in batches a few days a week.
If you have not selected a payment method for your Buy Back within three days of processing we will issue payment via store credit. If you did not want your payment via store credit please contact [email protected] to request a payment change and we can void the store credit and re-issue payment via your preferred method.
