A good wat to get into Warhammer fantasy roleplaying
I own almost all of the 2nd edition but it is a bit outdated and many of my friends were a bit reluctant to play it. But with the 4th edition starter set, I am a lot more confident that they will be willing to give it a shot.

10/10 What you want in a Starter
This starter set is perfect. In comparison to the Dungeons and Dragons starter, this one is superior and far more immersive. Not to mention, the campaign is perfect because it lets the GM seamlessly transition into any other Warhammer Source book (which is perfect for new GM’s). The premade characters are perfect for new RPG players to make strong character decisions and be pretty dang incredible. Who doesn’t want to slice and dice better than Gotrek Gurnisson?

Great introduction
First off, I love the trifold character sheets the pre-made characters come on, excellent. Box is standard, the books are standard quality, the dice are kinda low quality, but we all have a shitzillion dice anyway. The stars of this set are the fairly clear, easy to read, cardstock reference cards and handouts. They give you the basics of the game, mostly understandable, in 3 or 4 double sided card pages. These are amazing resources for new players. The adventure is a decent introduction and it's easy to branch into other adventures in ubersreik, or the enemy within campaign. Excellent starter set despite the cheesy, low count, cheap dice.
