In 1951 the Indian government commissioned the prestigious architect Le Corbusier to plan a new capital for Punjab and thus the city of Chandigarh was born. The players, in the role of urban planners, will be in charge of helping Le Corbusier to build this modern city in the north of India from scratch.

Each player will try to get more prestige points than the other by making their city designs prevail, and thus win the game.
