Great expansion for my (currently) favorite game

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

I pretty much abandoned board games in the 80's in favor of tabletop miniatures. My recent move to a senior retirement community forced me to sell my miniatures and all the extras you need to put on a great table experience. I'm now playing board games again, to the delight of my younger friends with their boardgame addictions. I remembered Zombicide 1E from a brief introduction years ago, discovered 2E was out, bought it and it became our favorite go-to game (even solo, for me). After winning all the scenarios in 2E, it was time to move on - and here's Fort Hendrix! Unlike 2E, FH is a 10-scenario campaign with all that implies. I soloed the first mission yesterday, our campaign playthrough begins this coming weekend. My review is based on just the one solo game, but I'll tell anyone still reading this that FH is definitely worth the cost. The miniatures are works of art, and the rest of the game is of higest quality.

Great Addition

If you like Zombicide than this is almost a must get. Day and night play, connected campaign, new maps and zombies that shoot. Who could resist that kind of mayhem?

Zombies with guns

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

My fiancee and I love Zombicide, and adding in a campaign mode is a great way to keep enjoying the game! Also, this adds in zombies that can shoot, so you really need to watch what you're doing. You will need Second edition Zombicide to play this.

If you love campaigns...

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

I backed the base game and the campaign-based Washington Z.C. expansion on KS, and skpped Fr. Hendrix thinking it ws just some extra cards and minis. AFTERWARDS I noticed it was a full-on campaign expansion like Z.C. This game shines in the new campaign mode, and I had to have it. Miniature Market had it for pre-order, and I jumped right on it and love it.
