Makes an amazing game even better
My first experience with the Zombicide games was Undead or Alive. I loved it so much that I purchased all the expansions and this one is by far the best one. The steam mechanic is amazing and I love how this expansion works like an actual campaign and not just missions with increasing difficulty. The objective cards are a great addition as well. As with the other games, the miniatures are top-notch. I can't wait to combine this one with the original and the other expansions. This is a must-have if you have the original Undead or Alive.

I have an affinity for the Wild West and steam punk, so this is great for me. I still prefer the Zombicide 2.0 game play to Gears and Guns, but I like them both very much. My children prefer the undead or alive with the gears and guns expansion because of the more streamlined game play.

More Zombicide Goodness
This adds more Survivors and a new class along with a steampunk version of the regular gear. The press your luck aspect of going “full steam†is fun. The campaign is good but I don’t think I’d play that way more than once. I still plan to use a mix of regular and steam gear along with the rest of the contents to mix up the base game for more variety though.
