Best familiar mini I have seen!

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Ok, it is silly but these are great. They are tiny but PERFECT for a familiar Pseudo dragon. I had to glue it to its stand because it being tiny the connection wasn't stable, but I (and the players do as well). It's got to be the best familiar mini I found, it was even colored (as shown in their photo)!

A tiny tiny dragon

Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars

I was looking for a tiny dragon as a familiar for a fellow player and bought a couple different options. I also bought the Kingmaker Fey Dragon for around the same price (about $3 for both which IMO is a bit expensive) and much prefer the Fey Dragon. The Pseudodragon is smaller (which is what I wanted, personally) and I like the tall flying base so it has those two things in it's favor, but it wasn't nearly as nicely detailed or painted as the Fey Dragon. The Psuedodragon is still pretty nice and if you want tiny you'll get it, so just look around to figure out which one you want if you're looking for a tiny dragon mini like I was.

My character's familiar is that of a Pseudodragon and this mini is just perfect for it.

Psuedo-dragons Make Good Friends

Super simple miniature, but effective on the table. It's a great miniature that is recommended picking up if you have one regularly at the table. I won't regret making this decision, you won't either.

Very Nice But Very Fragile

Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars

This is a miniature of a very small dragon-like creature usually found as the familiar of very lucky wizards. For a figure this small, it's very nicely sculpted. Paint is very monochromatic, with a few accents of black on a mostly solid red mini. If you need a pseudodragon, this is a great figure, certainly better than a previous one that looks like a lump from any distance, and only like a small dragon from up close. The problem is the peg. Unlike some other recent minis with a clear peg, this one comes pre-assembled. Unfortunately, while the peg itself is plenty big enough to support the tiny mini, the part where it actually connects to the figure is an extremely thin tab. This means that just about any pressure on it has a chance of snapping the dragon clean off of the peg. I was repainting mine, because I wanted to add a bit of color variation in the red. In the middle of drybrushing, which uses very light brush strokes, it broke. If you get this mini - and don't get me wrong, it's a great looking pseudodragon - you might want to put a little superglue around the top of the peg where it meets the dragon to make that connection a bit stronger. Otherwise, as soon as the first player puts their finger on top of the mini, it's likely to snap.
