Simply Amazing, Fierce, and Adorable
There are a lot of owlbear figures created by WotC and with this one being one of the first I always thought it seemed a little goofy so i originally avoided it. Every picture of it online made it ssem like a bear body with an oddly proportioned owl head atop. BOY WAS I WRONG. The posture give it a lumbering attack stance. Its head has a larger neck then it shows in the images so it looks remarkably close to the Monster Manual art style of owlbear. My first words when i pulled it out of the box were: Oh my goodness thats actually amazing. It is a perfect addition to my collection of monsters and campaign roster. You will not be dissapointed with this figure.

Ooh! An Owlbear! Run!
This is one of a few Owlbear sculpts. I really like this one since it is upright. Also it has a unique color scheme.

I Am the Owlbear
Honestly I wanted one ever since my DM had my dragon-born fighter fist fight an owlbear as at a circus expo just before going to Barovia, an epic looking mini came fast and in good condition.

Can't go wrong with this
Very nice pose and painting. Just wish it's beak was a little bigger, but it is fine.

A Real Good Miniature
Solid, well-balanced, well-molded, and well-painted. I almost don't want to put it away.

Hoot hoot / grr grr
This is my favourite owlbear, the king of all things that have feathers and hibernate. It's got only one competitor: "Beaky" from Rusty Dragon Inn of Pathfinder Battles. The other owlbears are not in this elite league. Beaky is a lot of fun with its ears, light brown colour and ridiculous mass; this guy is more serious, a real nocturnal predator. The arms have a beautiful shape, something truly between and owl and a bear. The pose is frighteningly realistic, it looks like you just wandered into the wrong part of the forest and got really unlucky. The profile of the creature is especially good. One of my favourite minis in general!

Very Nice Owlbear
This is a great owlbear. It looks like what it is supposed to be, and is the right size scale. The pose isn't great, but the lean they gave it definitely implies action, rather than having it just standing around. While it's expensive for an uncommon, it's less than half the price of other (rare) owlbears that have been released, but looks much better than those other minis. Since the owlbear is an iconic critter, it should really be included in the collection of any serious GM. This is the definitely the owlbear mini that I recommend.
