The Miniature is well-made and perfect for the Venomfang encounter from the Lost Mines of Phandelver Campaign. as a starting DM it was priceless to see the fear and dread in the face of my players! since i am planning on running the campaign multiple times i atleast have quite some replay value. learning new players to fear dragons and having a fun time!

Delicious

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

A completely delicious green dragon here. The sculpt is pure awesome, and the although there's not much colour, the paint has been applied very carefully. He easily triumphs in quality over his large and uncommon big brother from Tyranny of Dragons (although that one is good as well!). He's flying on top of a medium base and he's ridiculously large for it - he falls overs easily, and is actually prone to breaking his flying post, if he falls from some height (I've broken two already, but that's why you have glue). Anyway, I don't care about the balance or even breaking issues, as the dragon is just so good looking. His wings are taking air underneath them, he's on the rise. His expression is full of gleeful malice. He is strong-looking, broad-chested, and his underside looks so alive, almost like a little living lizard. His arms and legs have all different positions, which makes him very vivid. The ridge on his back looks dangerous and sharp! Too bad that usually you won't be seeing all that wonderful detail on the table, as his wings cloak so much of his body from many angles. Yet the wings are very good looking as such, having a natural and dynamic position. One of the best medium dragon minis I've seen.
