Young Saphhire Dragon!
This Young Saphhire Dragon figure looks wonderful, with a level of detail and awesomeness that makes it seem to spring life right on your game table!

Just Acceptable
I'm not a huge fan of this sculpt. I got it to complete my set. The other gem dragons are far better in appearance IMO. Unless you're filling out a set you can skip the figure. It isn't bad but I can't think off the top of my head what else you could use it for other than what it is. I prefer my rarer figures to substitute for at least one other creature in a pinch.
