Or the Displacer Beast which takes its name from its ability to mask itself with illusion, displacing light so that it appears to be somewhere it is not. Will your heroes rise to the challenge?

Undeath in a neatly sculpted package
Anybody who's played a Dungeons and Dragons game knows that the undead are so prevalent that they're almost a guarantee at some point in a campaign's lifetime. Even so, specters are among some of the most unused creatures out there, at least as far as I've seen in my 8 years of playing 5e (and many prior years playing earlier editions). Fortunately, when the need or desire to drop one down on an unsuspecting table arises, Minature Market is quick to deliver. These bad boys have an unrivaled paint job, with purple accents really bringing out the little bits of detail in the body and face that sticks out of its own cloud of spectral energy, and the sculpt is wonderful in its presentation, likely due to the fact that there's no tiny eye stickers or blood-red lips painted on these things.

Good Buy
The mini arrived in good condition, it's small and the detail isn't amazing enough to tell that it's a specter immediately. I was concerned about the plastic rod that holds the top portion aloft, but it stays suprsingly upright, and has yet to snap or break.

Pretty Good Pre-Painted Mini
This mini is pre-painted. It wasn't the best I've seen, but definitely table-top quality. I'm happy to have found it.

Fun-loving deadly Spectre
The Spectre is cool it's like one of those monsters you have before the boss just something to warm your player characters up on he has an awesome painting hair and one hand sticking out forward almost like he's blessing but really cursing the soul that gets beneath him
