Hair drying
I have a few of these guys now and I used a hair dryer to slowly heat and bend one of them. Now his arms are in different positions and I have some variety on my tabletop.

Crazy?
I thought I had gone berserk when I saw this miniature. Then I realized I could use it as an NPC and justify my personae.
