Nice little crossbow fella
Like the other Derro's in it's line they got goofy looking faces making them not very intimidating but overall the paintjob and design looked nice otherwise. Get a bunch to rain cross bolts on your party while they engage the spear hook or basic Derro's that they're also minis for and they'll make for a good encounter.
