Great Champion for the price and a good looking mini on top of that.
Whoever wrote the stat card for this character had to love it. He is a very versatile support champion with 2x dodge ability (instant attack miss), decent attack and damage output and for the price it is very difficult to find a better good champion. The mini looks fine -I would imagine a blond version of Portos looking like this.
