Waterdeep Dragon Heist #31 Dire Wolf (U)

Need these in a home brew and they are perfect.

The sculpt and pose on this direwolf are nice, and the paint detail isn't bad, but mine has this weird green tint to it that doesn't feel very natural on the mini. It almost has a zombified look to it. It's functional for what it is and one of the better dierewolf sculpts out there but I can't get over that color.

The figure itself is great, I'm not crazy about the coloring but that's easy enough to change on your own.

This mini is super cool. When it came, it was much bigger than I imagined a dire wolf to be. After looking in the MM, I realized it is the right size, but still. This is a really big wolf. I’m already excited to use it.

Perfect size for a large wolf or direwolf encounter. The paint job is pretty good.

I have ordered nine of these so far. The mold is good and they do see play. Especially if you're doing against the Giants. However they are often broken off the stands and need gluing before use. The Winter wolves from storm kings thunder are superior if you only need a few large wolf monsters.
