Short and sweet

Average rating of 4 out of 5 stars

We've been fans of Ticket to Ride for a while and have played a few different versions, but Amsterdam has a really nice brevity to it while introducing a small alternative scoring method to keep things fresh. Perfect for playing before dinner or at a coffee shop with friends.

This is a nice short version in the Ticket to Ride series. Yes, I also own the London and New York editions. They each have a little twist to them. That is good to change things up a bit. We like these small 4 player max versions when we want to play a few quick games instead of one long game. We have just as much fun with these as we do the larger boards. And there isn't so much thinking that has to be done in these that you can't talk and have a good time.

Easiest T2R to teach if only the place names weren’t so...

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

The delivery mechanic is the easiest to understand and teach of all the Ticket to Ride city variants. Which are already not all that hard to understand and teach. The hardest part was pronunciation.
