Fair winds and following seas

Great expansion adding even more ships from all factions too the game. I have no problem recommending the expansion if you already own the base game. Makes sense to have all of the ships!

More Bang for Your Defense Buck and Your Wallet

Dan Verssen's Modern Naval Battles: Global Warfare is a neat little naval game in card form. Great as a take-along game when travelling, it always draws a crowd at the airport or train station. Ship Expansion Set #1 is a must-have, as it adds additional ships to the current six navies, plus those for three more: Germany (fast-playing and nasty small ship actions in the Baltic and North Sea) Italy (convoy escort and bottlenecking the Soviet Black Sea Fleet in the Aegean Sea) and Canada (Arctic sub-hunting at the edge of the polar icecap.) Given the current tensions in the South China, Modern Naval Battles Global Warfare Ship Expansion #1 is a must-have.
