Fun expansion
Rules needed a little clarification but after a quick internet search I found a quora board with the creators comments and clarifications, fun theme for any zombie fan.

Interesting Expansion for Variety
This expansion seems to change/give you the most other stuff to think about of the thematic neighborhoods. I can see that being a plus for some and I minus for others. Some rule look ups required for me.
