Each pack contains 50 official sleeves, designed with a semi-transparent graphic to be fully compatible with the various layouts of the game. The Core box contains 118 cards plus 4 reference cards. The Stretch goals box contains 30 cards plus 1 reference card. The Bands of New York expansion contains 13 cards plus 1 reference card. The United State Police Force expansion contains 42 cards. Some reference cards are not supposed to be sleeved since they have text on both sides.
