Your journey takes you to the snow-swept harbor city of Katafygia. The shaman of a forest clan has been kidnapped, and the Kartaçöl Empire's presence in the region is growing stronger by the day. Fearing an invasion of their forest homeland, the council has sent you to investigate. But you won't be facing these dangers alone. Your loyal animal companions will be at your side, offering both strength and wisdom as you uncover the dark forces at work in the North.

Along with the introduction of Pets, this expansion brings even more depth to your adventures with two new factions, each more unpredictable and deadly than before, with new leader ability decks to keep you on your toes. Explore fresh terrain with two new floorplan sets - forest and wooden interiors - along with additional story scene tiles to keep the narrative fresh and dynamic. You'll also discover new rest locations, weapons, and items to aid in your journey.
