Marvel Champions LCG: Nebula Hero Pack

Not the biggest Nebula fan, admittedly grabbing this one for the aspect cards

While this isn’t the best pack the hero is a lot of fun (plus it offers the unique idea of turning a villain deck into a hero deck) and some great additional cards. In particular there are some great alliance cards for when you have one Avengers and one GotG deck in play.

I'm a huge fan of almost anything Marvel, but my friends say I'm strange, because I love the supporting characters more than the stars of the show. Nebula is my favorite character from the MCU Guardians of the Galaxy movies. Being able to add her to one of my favorite games was awesome. While you could never capture the depth of her character in a deck of cards, this expansion adds enough to say it's my new favorite character to play. That's my girl!!

I haven't found the perfect build for her yet, but I love playing her in justice with a bunch of guardian allies, so thematic. The art is superb on this one also.

Nebula is a pack that I didn't expect to like because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to figure out how she would play. I'm still working on it, but she's been a blast to play. Stacking up huge amounts of her upgrades is great. Even if you don't like Nebula she has some really good aspect cards like One Way or Another that are going to change how justice decks play.

I have yet to find a Champions hero I don't like. Each adds something new and Nebula/Gamora's ally/nemesis gimmick is a fun twist

The Nebula hero pack brings a new hero (anti-hero?) into the Marvel Champions system. More importantly, it plays very differently from other heroes. Long story short: you have to think a turn ahead. Nebula´s trademark cards are ALL about techniques. They all provide immediate benefits, but their true benefit occurs when you start the following turn with these in play. Then you get a powerful secondary effect before discarding them once again. It truly is a balancing act where switching to alter-ego and hero is part of the strategy. Her trademark support ally is Gamora, but just like her sister´s hero pack, she is also her nemesis and can certainly put a wrinkle in your forward-thinking plans when she comest into play. Additional important cards/abilities: Alter-ego form: draw 2 cards after you play an upgrade card Nebula´s Ship: Excellent support allowing to generate a wild resource on demand. Combat ready: Add 2 technique cards from discard pile to draw later or discard cards until you discard a technique and put it into play. Perfect when you just ran out of luck in getting techniques There are many other memorable and unique cards that make Nebula a very fun hero to play. Her base constructed deck comes with Justice aspect cards. Very fun and challenging to try to stay a step ahead of the encounter set.

Another great addition to Marvel Champions heroes to choose from. One of the harder heroes to master due to the fact that you lose all your upgrades at the beginning of your turn. None the less a fun hero to play

Nebula es un deck duro y dificil de usar, pero gratificante y muy divertido si lo llegas a dominar.

At first, I was going to pass on this pack but my friend told me I would enjoy her. He was right! She is such a blast to play. Once you wrap your mind around the techniques, you fall in love with them. No more worries about shadow of the pass anymore she has a technique for that. She is one of my top five to play right now.
