I brought it to the table after a quick read through and I found it easy to explain and play with no hiccups. There’s just enough complexity and length of game to make enjoyable. The quality is standard the rules are well written and if you don’t see it in the rules you’ll see the answer in the cards as you read them. I recommend this one

I love to play this. I learn a new way to score every time I play it.

One of the best engine builders around. Very fun. The art is fantastic as well.

We really enjoyed forest shuffle. With the shared discard, it has a bit of a Lost Cities feel. You have to work on your own strategy while avoiding feeding your opponents cards that will complete their set and combinations. If it has one drawback, I'd say the final scoring can be a bit overwhelming. Almost every card will be counted in multiple scoring combinations.

This really is a great little game, that feels like a big game. Game play is fun, easy to learn and understand. I really liked this one. For the fun factor, price, and the space it takes up it’s a welcome addition to my collection. The only con in my first play was how overwhelmed I felt during scoring (there is so much to track), but I foresee this becoming less of an issue as I play this one again and again.

A very nice forest building game. There is plenty of strategy and lots of options. I played this at First Look at PAX Unplugged and had to get a copy.

Fun ecology loving game

A very good small box game, I wanted to keep every card I got, but you have to spend cards to play cards and then keep your fingers crossed that you can get back the ones you really want... but you want them all!

Now I'm usually more of a dungeon crawler type person, but I purchased this after watching a playthrough thinking this would be something good to sit down and play with the girlfriend. What I wasn't expecting was how much fun this game really is. There's endless scoring possibilities so every time you play you will have a completely different strategy. Figuring out which scoring combos you will play is probably the funnest part of this. I can't wait to play again to figure out what new strategy I come up with. Fun game and plays fairly quickly
