1:100 Scale
Suitable for Late-War

Vital to the survival of the airborne division is the air-transportable parachute field artillery battery equipped with the M1A1 75mm pack howitzer. Each gun can be broken down into nine parachute loads. These are all tied together and dropped as a single aircraft load. If all goes well, they'll still be all together on landing. The bundles can be quickly located by the crew and assembled so as to go into action in support of the parachute infantry regiments immediately.

Plastic components.

Contents:
4 Parachute or Glider 75mm Pack Howitzer Teams
4 Five-hole Medium Bases
1 Base Insert Sprue
2 Unit Cards

Miniatures are supplied unpainted. Preparation and assembly may be required.

Nice set.

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

A nice set, easy to assemble and easy to paint (I painted the crew while on the sprue). They provide a crew of five for each piece but you can only use four of them as you have to use a plug on one of the holes in each base to be able to position the weapon. They also provide crews for paratrooper or glider troops (so you'll be left with 20 crew figs that you can use on some other project if you want). Well worth the price and as the saying goes "there's no such thing as too much artillery....unless you're on the receiving end"
