Amazing fun
I played this game at a friend's house and fell in love and immediately had to get my own copy of it, and I am not disappointed! Along with its expansion, this game has do many options for varied play from game to game, and the rich flavor of the world is a delight

Amazing
Great game, very nice design, resembles marvel champions but with no deck building required. Love the bots in Unity. Looking forward for the expansions that are coming up

Great game even better!
I owned everything for original, but after research decided to pick up definitive edition. I was not disappointed, even decided to kickstart the expansion.

Good Alternative to LCG's if you like the gameplay and don't want to do the deckbuilding!
Gameplay is similar to a Marvel Champions of sorts, but simplified and streamlined. No deckbuilding is required, but lots of variability in the number of heroes and villains. Scratches the itch of Marvel Champions gameplay for me at higher player counts while not taking hours! Highly recommend!

Upgraded in Every Way
I can’t say enough good things about SotM: DE. I’m a big MC fan and I’ve played the app version of SotM for years, but I never bought the physical version. I’m so glad I waited because they improved nearly every aspect of the game. The visuals, the tracking, the gameplay, the storage, I could go on and on. I’ve been asked several times if I thought it was too similar to MC if someone already has an entire collection of that game and I’ve put it like this. This is the X-Men to MC’s Batman. While you work towards the same goal in MC you mostly do your own thing (even being able to play true solo of you want) while here, even solo, you always have a minimum of 3 heroes at a time. Some heroes are good at fighting, some at healing, some at buffing, etc. It really makes it feel like a team based game.

Wowza
I have Marvel Champions but Sentinels, while not having the benefit of Marvel heroes, seems like a much better game and experience. So much stuff crammed into this new core box, too!
