Lots of great shades of blue from Citadel
Plan out your projects and figure out the layers and bases you need. I use the Citadel Colour app to figure what colors I'll need for my projects.

Staple color
This paint is a staple in my collection because it is bright, easy to apply, and is excellent as a first or second layer or as a highlight. So versatile!
