All Citadel paints are non-toxic, water-based acrylic that are designed for use on plastic, metal, and resin Citadel miniatures.

A handy Citadel paint to keep in the ol' paintbox

Pallid Wych Flesh is one of those pale colours it pays to keep around for daubing on the seemingly endless procession of skulls, purity seals, and other such moldering pale-hued things that Warhammer miniatures are bedecked with in endless profusion.
