It's a blue-ish grey. I use it for dry brushing stones.
Plan out your projects and figure out the layers and bases you need. I use the Citadel Colour app to figure what colors I'll need for my projects.

Good effect
Great for painting white and for adding highlights

Amazing for painting white
Using this as the base and then going over it with white layer paints and white highlights really make white cloth pop on miniatures.
