Excellent Control
I love the control of gloss by using the varnish after highlighting. I've never been a fan of the exaggerated and cartoonish highlighting techniques. This allows for a more natural look and feel to me.

Adds a nice shine finish to your model. Great for reflective surfaces

Paint supplies
For using it to put onto transparent pieces before color it worked great for what I bought it for, I usually do a Matt finish put after the results there may be a few minis a try this on in certain areas now.

Nice gloss varnish
Ardcoat worked great, it gives a nice clean glossy finish after just a few coats. Good product.
