Awesome
I had never used textured paint before. This was easy to use and looks amazing on the base.

The GW technical texture paints are great for basing your miniatures. Agrellan Badlands is great for creating a rough and dried mud texture with some deep cracks. Pricy per ounce, but worth every penny!

Good Stuff
I had never used a technical paint before but I think it worked great. I did not give as much big cracking as I was hoping but I think that is because I did not put it down very thick. I think this looks great as ground for basing. I will continue to use this for sure.

All your Bases look better with Technicals!
Ever since I started using GW technical paints for my bases, I've been a happier person. The bases look so much better than just simple green flock. Agrellan Badlands is one of my all time favorites for the cracked earth appearance. Fantastic. Add some dry brushing and washes, a bit of static tufts and you have a base that accentuates the mini!
