The Yamabushi were a legendary group of mountain ascetic hermits from feudal Japan, renowned for their unparalleled endurance, their mastery of the martial arts, and their spiritual connection with nature. The modern Yamabushi are veterans from the army, law enforcement, or the emergency services, but they can also be committed civilians, who have retired to devote themselves to a contemplative hermit’s life in unpopulated regions. However, their pledge to protect the balance of nature and the innocent compels them to stand up and fight when a just cause requires it, no matter if on one side or another.

A deadly assault troop with an unbeatable cost/performance ratio, that you can deploy forward to block your opponent's movement. Yamabushi can fight for both the JSA's Shindenbutai and PanOceania's Kestrel Colonial Force, making them the perfect complement to the Two-Player Intro Battle Pack - Operation Sandtrap.
