Versatile Metal Coinage

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

At 1, 5, and 20 denominations, I bought these to use both with Kutna Hora as well as other games where currency is frequently exchanged. The coins are old timey and nondescript enough that I intend to try them with Brass: Birmingham (iron clays are pricey and always sold out) and perhaps some others as well. They have a nice weight and sound. I had though they would be a tad chunkier in thickness, but that's on me for not setting my expectations correctly. The images shown on the product and BGG page accurately characterize them.

Beautiful Metal Coins

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

These are excellent coins. They have a good weight to them, very well crafterd details on the coins, and the design is neutral enough that you should be able to use them with a wide variety of games. You get a plenty of coins with common denominations that you should be able to use them with games that generate a lot of currency as well. Comes with a small plastic case as well.

High quality multiuse metal coins

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

I don't even own Kutna Hora and likely never will, but immediately picked up two sets of these great coins. Weight is nice, amount of coins and denominations works well for most any other game you'd like to upgrade. They even come with their own plastic tray.

Gold, Bronze, and Silver Coins for the City of Silver

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Yes, it's a premium upgrade and not everyone needs or should have it for their game, so let's get that out of the way first. But in Kutna Hora, the only resources the players are handling back and forth throughout the game is coins (Groschen), so if there's a single piece worth upgrading in this game it's here. They have excellent weight, and the tactile and auditory feedback when making change and trading them around brings me a great deal of joy. Worth noting, the total coin count is a couple shy of what comes in the punchboards of the game (I believe it's a couple 10s shy) but this hasn't been an issue for me so far at 2 or 4 players. A worthwhile investment in upgrading a game with an already very attractive production, if you like me are also getting a lot of table hours out of the game.
