It's Another Giant Book of Battle Mats!
Sturdy pages, fun maps, and the erasable-marker part makes it super-easy to customize/add real-time changes. Good variety (not the same types as Vol 1)

Mats seems to be cut a little unevenly, only 22 squares wide x 15 squares tall … but it is a great tool none the less.
